I wish I could give more than five stars! I ordered takeout, and it was probably the freshest tasting takeout that I've ever had. Everything was super hot when I arrived home. Even the white rice was steamy and soft. Typically, I feel like it's the side of rice ends up stale or crunchy, but that wasn't the case here. I will absolutely be back. Everything was ready when I went in to pick up my order and the hostess was very pleasant!

Today we tried lunch at Ros Niyom Thai after reading the recommendation of Matthew Odom of the Austin Statesman. Mr. Odom was accurate in describing how good the service and food was. Our server, Peter, was courteous, prompt with the food, and offered excellent recommendations. The menu offers over 70 selections. They offer different levels of how spicy you want the food from none to out of this world. We highly recommend Ros Niyom Thai. They are closed on Mondays.

Food: excellent skewers. The sauce for the pork skewers was amazing. I added it to the jasmine rice and it just changes the flavor. The pad thai was cooked to perfection and noodles and seasoning very well done. Service: they make recommendations, they are very nice, you will never get thirsty and they ensure you have water every second. Ambiance: Perfect for a date, casual meeting or lunch, a small group family or you can get the entire restaurant. It is a small but appropriate. The music is not super loud like other places and you can have nice conversations. Price: great pricing. It is average for the area and very fair for the amount and quality

This place is located right off 35 near flix brew house. I believe it's been there for quite sometime however I've never been before and I haven't no idea why. It's not a large place. They had plenty on the menu for both meat eaters and vegetarians. For our meal we tried the following: We tried the shrimp cakes 2/5- I think these had chicken in them or maybe a soy protein i forgot to ask ,but highly doubt it was shrimp only. Reminded me of a chicken patty we got in elementary school. The sauce it came with was taste but I wouldn't order that again! We also tried the fried mushroom app-3.5/5 to me they tasted like they were sitting in oil too long but they were still good. The oyster mushrooms were chopped / torn into small pieces and it wasn't whole oyster mushrooms that were served. yellow curry-w veggies (4.5/5) kinda disappointed we asked for veggies and it came out with tofu- personally I don't eat tofu but the others at the table did so it worked out. This was a typical curry on point for flavors but wish there had been more potato or veg. The steamed shrimp salad with magos was surprisingly really yummy! (5/5) Since we were all sharing I had it on my plate with the noodles and curry and it was good mixed with those or by itself! Perfect flavor and very refreshing! Needed some actual chopped lettuce or cabbage but I would order again! Pad kee mow with shrimp was very good (5/5) we got spice level 2 and had the spice tray so everyone could add to their liking! The bean sprouts were served on the side and not mixed in which was odd but I did like the fresh crunch since they weren't soaked in sauce. My friends tried the Thai tea which they both liked! Thai is one of my favorites and I'll definitely be keeping this place in mind moving forward!

This is a small but cute spot in Round Rock. The service was excellent, and every plate we tried was fireee. I highly recommend the yum ma moung--it's a must-try! They also have a good spice tray with chili paste, prik nam pla, and another spicy powder that add the perfect kick to your meal. I can't wait to come back!

A solid authentic Thai restaurant in North Austin! I ordered their Por Pier Tod (spring rolls), Pad Thai Chicken and their Kang Dang Pal (red curry) with chicken. The spring rolls was a tad but on the oily side but the plum sauce paired nicely with it. The Pad Thai was solid and tasted authentic. The Red Curry was delicious, not too sweet which I really enjoyed and you can customize the spice level to your liking. Their menu looked extensive and had a lot of unique dishes that I hope to try soon!

A decent spot for a casual bite. The flavors are quite good but the textures were off. The noodles were overcooked and the rice was cooked with too much water. I've never had squash curry before but it really just tasted like a Panang curry with cubes of squash in it - not bad but I was hoping for something more unique.

I came to this location on the last visit on 6/18/23. I elected to go to Tom Yum and Khao Pad Poo. Many who read my reviews know that I adore Thai food both here and in Thailand. Thai cuisine is a truly scrumptious and nourishing culinary experience. It is full of digestive health benefits, flavorful spices that can help bolster your immune system, and is packed with vital nutrients that make it a great choice for anyone looking to improve their health. There are many kinds of Thai fried rice such as fried rice with meat, shrimp, tuna, pork, chicken, crab, etc. Crab fried rice, or Khao Pad Poo in Thai (Poo means crab and Khao Pad means fried rice), is one of the best Thai dishes to ever hit your palate as it's sweet and savory at the same time! The serving size for the Tom Khao Pad Poo was filling and required no additional seasoning and can be enjoyed as a stand alone dish. #supportlocal
